Miliband: PM should block Stephen Hester's RBS bonus

The Labour leader Ed Miliband has urged the Prime Minister to block a £1m bonus for the chief executive of the Royal Bank of Scotland, Stephen Hester.

It comes as RBS' chairman, Sir Philip Hampton, decided to give up a bonus he was due to receive this year amounting to £1.4m in shares.

Mr Miliband spoke to the BBC's Naomi Grimley.
