Maria Eagle: Government 'double speak' on road tolls

The shadow transport secretary claimed the prime minister was "engaged in double speak" over the option to toll some new roads while motorists faced the highest ever cost of fuel.

Maria Eagle was speaking after David Cameron said private cash was needed to boost the road network and she claimed it could lead to tolls on all roads.
