Miliband's warning to PM on roads
The Labour leader has warned the prime minister against "loading extra costs on families" in the form of extra charges to use roads.
His comments came as David Cameron called for an "urgent" increase in private investment to improve England's road network.
He said tolls for new roads were one option, alongside attracting more money from pension funds and other investors.
Labour leader Ed Miliband said: "People are struggling to make ends meet".
