Penny Mordaunt: Lib Dems' response 'not grown-up'

The Liberal Democrats have not given a "grown-up response" to Conservative opposition to reforms to the House of Lords, according to a Tory MP.

Penny Mordaunt said she was "disappointed" that the Liberal Democrats were now going to block changes to parliamentary boundaries, but expected the coalition to "hang together".
