Norman Lamb: NHS reforms, social care and Dilnot Report

Liberal Democrat Health Minister Norman Lamb said it would be "madness" to agree to a Labour plan to undo the coalition changes to the NHS in England.

Mr Lamb told Andrew Neil that "for anyone who cares about the NHS, who wants to see it sustainable, you have to recognise reform is necessary". And he claimed another reorganisation "would drive people in the service completely mad".

They spoke about social care, and the implementation of the Dilnot Report on who should pay for care for older people.
