Conservative conference: Cameron on poor, weak and vulnerable

David Cameron claimed his party's policies were the "best way to help the poor, and the weak, and the vulnerable."

Addressing the Conservative Party conference, in Birmingham, he said their methods were "not just good for the strong and the successful but the best way to help the poor, and the weak, and the vulnerable."

He said Conservative Party ideas "help everyone" as he called for a strong private sector with welfare that works and schools that teach.
