Child benefit cap to limit money to families on benefits

Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith has said parents should be paid child-related benefits for a maximum of two children, in a plan that could be introduced to new claimants from 2015.

Susana Mendonca spoke to a working mother who thought it was unfair that she cannot afford more children - while those on benefits can - and to a father claiming money who believed the changes could cost more money.
