Tim Loughton quizzed on sacking as children's minister
A former children's minister who was asked why he was sacked from the government, said: "Your guess is as good as mine."
Tim Loughton, who was before the Education Select Committee with two other ministers who also lost their jobs in the reshuffle, claimed he was "none the wiser" after a 45-minute one-to-one meeting with David Cameron after he lost the job.
And he asked the committee to let him know if they found out why he had been returned to the backbenches.
