Chris Huhne: Joshua Rozenberg on MP perverting justice

The judge in Chris Huhne's trial has hinted the former energy secretary would be going to jail, said the legal journalist and commentator Joshua Rozenberg.

The Liberal Democrat MP announced his resignation after changing his plea to admit perverting the course of justice over claims his ex-wife Vicky Pryce took speeding points for him a decade ago.

He will be sentenced later.
