EU budget rejected: Richard Ashworth and Jan Mulder MEPs

The European Parliament has rejected by a large majority a budget negotiated by David Cameron and supported by some of the other larger countries.

In Strasbourg, Jo Coburn spoke to the Conservative's European Parliament leader Richard Ashworth MEP and Jan Mulder MEP from the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe about where their parties stand and what happens now to EU spending plans.
