Local elections 2013: Bob Neill on Conservative launch
The May local elections are "going to be tough call" for the Conservatives with its opinion poll ratings swapped over with Labour since these same seats were last contested in 2009, said Bob Neill.
The party vice-chairman would not be drawn on the number of seats the Tories expect to lose from "almost a record high base", and he spoke about some voters possibly turning to UKIP.
