David Cameron: EU needs to change
David Cameron has repeated his pledge to renegotiate Britain's relationship with the European Union.
Speaking at the start of a major conference on the global economy in London, Mr Cameron said it was in Britain's interest to remain "well connected".
The Prime Minister said it was right to bring the debate on Europe into the open, adding that the European Union "needs to change".
Mr Cameron promised to hold a referendum on Europe after the next election to give voters a choice of staying within a reformed EU or leaving.
