Andrew Neil goes through the headline announcements from George Osborne's Spending Review.
They included revised budgets for most government departments, with some winners and losers, plus changes to welfare and millions of public sector workers losing automatic annual pay increases.
The chancellor set out spending cuts for 2015/16 following slower than expected economic growth and deficit reduction.
