Speaker: PMQs Falkirk question 'complete waste of time'

Conservative Richard Drax took his time to ask the prime minister a question about Labour's troubles with union intervention in selecting a candidate for the Falkirk seat.

But the Speaker stepped in to call the question a "complete waste of time" as it was a party matter, and not one for David Cameron, who did not get a chance to answer.
