Blunkett on Labour Falkirk selection and Unite claims
Labour should publish an internal report into claims that a union tried to manipulate the selection process for a candidate in the Falkirk constituency, said a former home secretary.
David Blunkett said Labour could not "have a go at the vested interests of the Tory party if we don't clear our own house".
And he warned Labour not to be scared of being radical, claiming it could otherwise become "the party of the graveyard".
He spoke to Jo Coburn about claims that Unite was signing up union members to Labour in a bid to influence the selection of a candidate to take over from Eric Joyce, who now sits as an independent and is not standing at the 2015 general election.
