Tory MPs to attend Wharton EU Referendum Bill debate
A large number of MPs will still be in Westminster on a Thursday night, as many Conservatives are having a barbecue with the prime minister in Downing Street.
The bonding session for a Private Member's Bill comes a few hours ahead of James Wharton MP bringing his Europe Referendum Bill to the House of Commons on Friday,
Giles Dilnot explains the background to why so many MPs are heading to a Friday sitting, and why it was all down to lottery, as he spoke to Mr Wharton, and fellow Tory MPs Sheryll Murray and James Durridge.
