Miliband TUC speech: Union reaction from Unison and GMB
Two union delegates who listened to Ed Miliband's speech reckoned members were more interested in jobs for young people and benefit changes, than relations between unions and the Labour party.
Maureen Le Marinel from Unison said they wanted to hear about what he was going to do about education, jobs and the "economic crisis".
The GMB's Lisa Johnson said people were more interested in "policies that impact on their daily lives" and she said Labour "needs to start talking in a way that encourages our members to get involved".
There are sound issues in parts of the interviews.
