Paddy Ashdown on Lib Dem polling and party conference

Former party leader Paddy Ashdown said poll ratings show "very little indication" of how people will vote at the next general election.

He reckoned coalitions were "here to stay" and the Liberal Democrats would have a part to play.

He spoke to Andrew Neil from the party conference in Glasgow about his role in charge of elections campaign, poll ratings and the Parliamentary vote on Syria.
