Nick Clegg: 'We can strike green levies balance'

The Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg says he will not agree to scrap green taxes to bring down energy bills but insists he is confident he and the prime minister can "resolve" their differences on the policy.

His remarks come after David Cameron made a surprise promise to review the levies on energy companies.
