Autumn Statement: Plan is working, says Osborne

The Chancellor has promised "recovery for all" in his annual Autumn Statement, telling the Commons the UK is growing faster than any other major economy.

But George Osborne warned that the recovery was "not done yet", outlining a further £1bn of cuts per year for the next three years and longer working lives for younger people.
