PMQs: Cameron and Miliband on flood defence spending
The Labour leader accused the prime minister of using "phony" figures over the level of spending on UK flood defences.
David Cameron said they were higher over the last four years "and those are the facts", and he accused of Ed Miliband of misjudging the mood of the country.
But the Labour leader reckoned people would believe the UK Statistics Authority more than Mr Cameron's figures.
