David Cameron: Nigel Farage and Nick Clegg have 'extreme views'

Prime Minister David Cameron has said a televised debate on Europe between UKIP's Nigel Farage and Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg revealed ''quite extreme views''.

He said both men were ''wrong'' in their widely differing positions on the European Union in the debate on Wednesday night.

Mr Cameron said he was calling for a renegotiation between the UK and Europe, and a referendum on Britain's future in the EU before the end of 2017.
