David Cameron reaffirms EU referendum vow
David Cameron has reaffirmed his pledge that he will not continue as prime minister following the 2015 general election unless he can guarantee an in-out referendum on whether the UK should stay "within a reformed European Union" by 2017.
Speaking to The Andrew Marr Show, Mr Cameron said: "You cannot hold people in an organisation against their will".
He added: "It's right to have this renegotiation, to have this referendum, and to let the people have their say."
