Nigel Farage: 'Juncker is out of touch'

The president-designate of the EU Commission addressed the most Eurocritical group in the European Parliament on Wednesday.

Jean-Claude Juncker addressed the group along with UKIP leader Nigel Farage.

Mr Farage said Mr Juncker was "completely out of touch" on EU migration issues.
