Tory MP Dominic Raab on devolved powers across the UK

The government must deliver its promises for Scotland, but also not leave the rest of the UK "locked out of this debate", said a Conservative MP.

Dominic Raab claimed a lot of things were said in the "heat of the referendum debate", but MPs must not a rush through an "unsustainable" deal.

And the Surrey MP claimed the Barnett Formula, which allocates spending in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland was "massively prejudicial" against the English.

He was talking to Andrew Neil on the Sunday Politics about how and when MPs will devolve more powers across the nations of the UK, after Scotland rejected independence in Thursday's referendum.
