Lib Dem conference: Steve Bradley on football club tax

Steve Bradley, the party's hopeful for the Bath seat, claimed some clubs "plead for special treatment when it suits them" but do not behave like businesses.
He spoke to Andrew Neil on the Daily Politics about why football should gets its finances in order, as he explained the bid to take some money from football TV rights to support the lower clubs, and for fans to have a "greater say in how it is run"
