PMQs: UKIP MP Douglas Carswell on Cameron and recall
Douglas Carswell has questioned the prime minister, and his former leader, at PMQs for the first time since changing parties.
UKIP's first elected MP, who left the Conservative Party, called on David Cameron to stand by his 2010 election "promises" and support amendments to legislation about recall powers over MPs.
David Cameron said the bill came up with the "minimum acceptable for recall", and there were "good arguments" to go further.
