PMQs: Nic Dakin asks David Cameron about VAT rise
The prime minister said his plans "don't involve raising taxes on ordinary people" and claimed his political opponents wanted to put up spending, taxes and borrowing.
He was challenged by Labour MP Nic Dakin to say the Conservatives would not put up VAT while David Cameron was in post.
