Autumn Statement: Newsnight's analysis
George Osborne has delivered his Autumn Statement to the Commons.
He set out changes to stamp duty, which he said would benefit 98% of homebuyers.
He also said that although borrowing was set to hit £91.3bn this year, the UK would be "out of the red and into the black" by 2019/20.
