PMQs: Miliband calls for Cameron apology on A&E waiting times
Ed Miliband quoted a 2011 phrase from the prime minster over waiting times in hospital A&E units and called on him to apologise for breaking a "solemn promise".
The prime minister said he regretted patients not getting a good service as he gave figures showing a rise in the staffing and facilities at NHS hospitals.
The Labour leader said Mr Cameron had failed to apologise but was blaming patients for the delays as he spoke about the closure of walk-in centres, before the prime minister accused him of using the NHS as a "political football".
