Chuka Umunna: 'Election result was collective failure'
The Labour leadership contender, Chuka Umunna, has said Labour has to become the party of "aspiration" again.
Speaking to the BBC's Iain Watson, the shadow business secretary said his party had to persuade people it would back the "wealth creators" and those who "make the effort".
He also said Labour's outcome at the general election was "a collective failure on the part of the front team".
