PMQs: Cameron and Abbott on more powers for London

A contender to be the new mayor of London said the capital's residents "will expect at least the same powers that are being devolved to the Northern Powerhouse".

David Cameron was cheered by Tory MPs when he told Labour's Diane Abbott that powers had been devolved to London and talks were taking place with Boris Johnson, and the current mayor was doing an "excellent job".
