David Cameron: 'Totally focused' on Calais migrant crisis
Prime Minister David Cameron has admitted the migrant crisis in Calais was "testing" for the government - but has insisted it was "totally focused" on the problem.
Speaking to the BBC's Ben Wright, he said the problem needed to be dealt with "at source".
"We are contributing to the operation in the Mediterranean to pick people up, we are helping the Italians in Italy with their asylum system,'' he said.
"But the fact is, people want to come to Britain because we've created so many jobs and because we're such a great country to live in.''
