EU renegotiations: Cameron claims 'pathway to agreement'
A "pathway" has been created to help Britain secure a deal to renegotiate its relationship with the European Union, the UK prime minister has said.
Speaking at the end of a two-day EU summit in Brussels, David Cameron said the talks made progress but that it will still be tough to reach agreement at the next meeting in February 2016.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel said the leaders "all want a compromise".
