Boris Johnson: 'Too many care homes didn't follow procedures'

Boris Johnson has claimed "too many care homes didn't really follow the procedures" during the coronavirus outbreak.

Speaking on a visit to East Yorkshire, the PM said the government had been "learning lessons the whole time" when trying to tackle the virus.
