Matt Hancock on virus levels as first vaccines given out

The health secretary says “help is on its way” as the first vaccines are given to patients in British hospitals.

Matt Hancock urged people to keep following the rules, as he warned there were “worrying signs” of increased virus levels in parts of London, Essex and Kent.
