Covid: Hancock puts more areas of England in Tier 3 measures

The health secretary has announced several more counties in southern and eastern England will face stronger restrictions from the weekend.

Matt Hancock listed new areas that will move to Tier 3 Covid limits, while a smaller number will be moved to a tier with fewer limits on movements.
