Downing Street parties investigation will be thorough - Nadhim Zahawi

Education Secretary Nadhim Zahawi has told BBC Breakfast he is reassuring his constituents that senior civil servant Sue Gray will carry out a "thorough investigation" into the Downing Street parties.
