Liz Truss: Queen 'one of the greatest leaders the world has known'

Prime Minister Liz Truss has paid tribute to the Queen, saying "she was the rock on which modern Britain was built" and "one of the greatest leaders the world has ever know".

Her comments came as MPs gathered in the Commons following Queen Elizabeth II's death on Thursday.
