Starmer lists 'four clear measurable goals' to cut crime
Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has set out his four-point plan to cut levels of crime.
He said the party would restore confidence in every police force, halve incidents of knife crime, reverse a "collapse" in the proportion of crimes not solved, and halve the levels of violence against women and girls.
