Farage: Conservatives would vote for me as leader
The Tories are “not even a centre-right party” the honorary president of Reform has said.
Asked if might rejoin the Conservatives, Nigel Farage claimed Tory members would vote for him as leader, instead of Rishi Sunak.
He said Labour were going to win the next election, regardless of what Reform did, but predicted his party could win the general election after that.
Following a Brexit Party deal to stand down in 2019, he told the World at One's Edward Stourton there was no chance of a deal between its successor party and the Tories in 2024.
