'I haven't been quiet on EU' - Theresa May

Home Secretary Theresa May explains why she is backing the campaign to stay in the EU - and why leaving "isn't suddenly going to be the answer" to cutting immigration.

She tells BBC political editor Laura Kuenssberg that changes to EU free movement rules are in the pipeline and hints that more could be done.

Asked about her apparent low-profile during the referendum campaign, she says: "I don't think I've been quiet."

Questioned over whether she wants to lead the Conservative Party, she says "there isn't a vacancy" but does not rule out a bid when there is.
