David Cameron: 'We are the only party to challenge SNP'

David Cameron says that only the Conservatives can "properly challenge the SNP" given the collapse of the Labour Party in Scotland.

In a keynote speech at the Scottish Conservative Party conference, in Edinburgh, Mr Cameron told delegates that it was time for them to "fight to become the official opposition" in the Scottish Parliament.
