Richard Leonard: 'Leadership speculation was harming Labour'
Richard Leonard has said speculation about his leadership was harming Scottish Labour's election chances.
Mr Leonard has stepped down as leader only months out from the next Holyrood election.
He said he decided to quit because "no party is well served by disunity".
