Farmers could push for badger cull in Wales

Some farmers in Wales say they will put more pressure on the Welsh government to consider introducing a badger cull if a pilot scheme in England proves to work.

The controversial killing of the animals - to try to stop tuberculosis in cattle - has begun in Somerset and is due to start shortly in Gloucestershire.

In Wales, the government has decided to vaccinate badgers instead.

BBC Wales environment correspondent Iolo ap Dafydd reports on his exclusive access to a vaccination programme in England, and discusses the issues with Wales Today presenter Jamie Owen.
