David Jones and Jeremy Wright visit Wrexham prison site
Prisons Minister Jeremy Wright and Welsh Secretary David Jones are visiting the site of what will be the UK's biggest super-prison in Wrexham.
Plans for the £250m prison have received outline planning permission and it is due to open in 2017.
After visiting the site, on Wrexham's industrial estate, the ministers will meet local businesses hoping to benefit from the jail.
The companies are meeting construction firms bidding to build the prison.
Mr Wright told BBC Wales he hopes the prison will bring jobs to local firms.
David Jones was asked if he had any concerns about privately-run prisons following recent disturbances at Oakwood, near Wolverhampton, and when a decision will be made on who runs the Wrexham jail.
