Wales' council mergers: Views on what it could mean

A long-awaited report into the future of public services has recommended that the number of councils in Wales should be roughly halved.

The Williams Commission says a series of mergers should be carried out to create between 10 and 12 local authorities.

One of the biggest changes could be in the Gwent area where three councils could become one.

Paul Heaney went to three villages there to see if they would welcome a return to the era of big councils.
