Violent crime in Wales and England falls again, A&E data shows

The number of people injured in violent crime across Wales and England has fallen by 12%, according to researchers at Cardiff University.

The study showed there were still more than 200,000 people needing treatment following violence last year.

Academics say one of the reasons is the change in drinking habits.
