Crabb offers 'constructive tone' as Welsh secretary

In his first parliamentary appearance in his new job, Welsh secretary Stephen Crabb signalled a fresh start in relations between Wales and Westminster.

He told the the Welsh grand committee that it was time to "draw a line" under the war of words between the UK and Welsh governments.

Mr Crabb replaced David Jones who was sacked during the cabinet reshuffle.
