Will a change to the Barnett funding formula benefit Wales?
A pledge by the three Westminster party leaders to keep the current funding system for allocating money to devolved nations if Scotland rejects independence could leave Wales £300m a year worse of, critics claim.

But while some are calling for reform, others warn a new needs-based formula would not necessarily be the best option for Wales.
